Q – Are you open if it rains?
A – The creatures that reside within the Manor are not afraid of a little rain. We are open rain or shine!
Q – How long is the haunted house?
A – Hundred Acres Manor is Pittsburgh’s largest haunted house. A tour of the manor can last between 40 minutes and 1 hour. How fast will you run?
Q – Is the haunted house scary?
A – YES! Hundred Acres Manor is Pittsburgh’s scariest haunted house and was featured on The Travel Channel as "One of America's Scariest Halloween Attractions". We do not recommend anyone under the age of 13 attending our event, unless they are accompanied by a parent.
Q – I got too scared and left early, can I get a refund?
A – It is our job to scare you! If you are unable to complete a tour of the manor due to fright then we have done what you have paid us to do. Once your ticket stub has been torn we will not refund your ticket, no exceptions!
Q – Do you have any age restrictions?
A- We strongly recommend that children under the age of 13 do not attend our event due to the graphic nature of our attraction including but not limited to shocking scenes, gore, and actor dialog. In other words, we accept no responsibility for scaring or inducing nightmares to your little ones.
Q – Do you accept credit cards?
A – Yes we do accept credit cards at both our ticket booth and merchandise booth. There is a $1.75 service fee per ticket at the ticket booth if purchased using a credit card. We also have an ATM located on-site.
Q- Is Hundred Acres Manor handicap accessible?
A – Although we do our best at being ADA compliant, Hundred Acres Manor may not entirely accessible. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please use the form above to make special arrangements.
Q- Do you sell merchandise?
A – Yes! We have an on site merchandise booth that sells limited edition shot glasses, hoodies, t-shirts & more.
